rlly good tutorial! i would just say that when measuring out the waistband its better for it to be a bit loose as the first chain row will not stretch and it can be difficult to pull over your hips!!

But I was wondering... can I make one more increase if I want? and to be specific.. can i continue one more round making 7 dc in the next 7 stitches and 2 dc together in the 8th stitch and so on until i finish round 5? it seems to be much more puffy. only I don't know if my skirt will be too big after that.
