I used color changing -red white and blue yarn (Red Heart Stripes) for a patriotic blanket. Turned out great. I'd love to see some more L/XL summer tops, especially using fancy granny squares (like willow, Paris, Boho Rose). Love your channel, keep up the great work!

Love this. Puts me in mind of clumps of lily pads. It would look even more so done in a green ombre. Then you could add individually crocheted pink lily blossoms here and there on top of it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for this pattern! I just bought Premire’s yellow tone gradients/ombre yarn to make my granddaughter a blanket to take to college with her, and this will be the perfect pattern not only to show off the yarn but also to make for a twin bed! I’ve always loved the Bavarian stitch, but I like it more in the rectangle pattern! And I absolutely love the double strand at the beginning, it gives it more stability!😊🥰

I have tried and failed to do this particular stitch many times and still couldn’t get it. I even bought a book thinking that would help but it didn’t. But I watched you explain it and I think I can do it now. So thank you for taking the mystery and frustration out of it.
