I’m making this piece now out of the exact same yarn from where you bought it. Bought a swift and a ball winder and worked out great ! I am half way through this and it’s so easy to crochet and looks wonderful ! Can’t wait till it’s done ! I might make another one in another yarn. I have recently bought 7 hanks of hand died yarn and made cakes out of them and they would look wonderful with this piece also! Great job to whoever came up with this pattern!

I love the name, I love the colors, I love the pattern and I especially love the "cuff". What a brillient idea. I wish I didn't put myself on a crochet freeze for a month. Sadly, my hands were in so much pain and some swelling that I had to stop and let me tell ya, it is soooooo hard. BUT, hopefully this hiatus will work and I can get back to my passion of crochet. Hi Jennifer.. making this Shawl which I totally love the stitch. But I want to make it bigger into something like a regular shawl size. I know you mentioned the multiple was 4+2, which I did till I got the chain as long as I thought I wanted . Crocheted row 1.. my question is i guess I just repeat row 1 till the end of the chain? But when I did this 4 times I always have 3-5 chains left at the end.. I know I’m counting it right because I did it just like you said , the 4+4+4 etc then add 2 chains at the end .. so I’m doing it that way but it never comes out right. Not sure if you have any suggestions or ideas? I absolutely love this stick and have several cakes of yarn that I want to use it for too! Thanks Jeanne

Dose a DK weight mean a size 3 ??? Or 2 in American yarn. I'm confused about that.

What size is a dk yarn? I have yarn bee rainbow rhapsody which is a size 1 and would like to know if it would work? Hook size for it too. Thanks
