Girl this is bomb! I was trying to figure out what to do with my hair for my bday, and wasn't sure how the crochet would turn out over my Locs, but you convinced me!
Very pretty!! I do wish you would have shown the finished look from all sides, (side and back) just to see how the curls camouflaged the bulk of the locs.

Remarkable. Although you have beautiful locs, this is so lovely, too. Omgosh, you just saved me from cutting off my 9 year old long locs! I cut off whole one loc, but said let me try one more time to find more videos with different search words because I wasn't getting much. Then, voila. Plenty of videos. No desire to cut my locs due to a lack of versatility. Thank you, liked & subbed!
Beautiful great job! I probably would have went back threw the hair and cut the little frizzy pieces sticking out. But overall it's great you can do your own hair. Saves you money, time, and getting the experience and confidence of learning, exploring, and you look amazing.

Yes, I sewed down all the plaits. The front was supposed to be a bang, that's why I did that "zig zag" in the front, but I changed my mind last minute to a side part. And I cared for it by sleeping and bathing, with it up.
I don't remember how much hair I used, but I bought 7 packs, and by the time I got to the front, I'd used 5 packs already. But, bare in mind, my locs were almost butt length, and I mentioned that I used too much hair in the back. I could've saved a pack or so. No, I didn't have to cut them, I liked the length (26 inches.) And thank you so much. 🤗💙
