I really like your videos because they are informative and they come from an a person who is experienced as both a classroom teacher and an administrator. There are quite a few videos that are made by teachers who are 23-26 years old and I don’t entirely trust their advice, although I do admire their enthusiasm. Thank you 🙏 for making these videos that truly educate me!

Thank you for this informative video. I will have my formal observation in December. I will do it on ELA and this is my second year teaching. I’m a support facilitator. I’m nervous but my first year I was effective. It wasn’t bad for first year teaching.
