Avoid smoking, drugs, alcohol, junk food, sodas, processed foods, sugar, lifting heavy things. Eat vegetables, fruits, antioxidants and alkaline foods as opposite to acidic. Contrast showers (2 minutes hot, 2 minutes cold). Deep breathing. Yoga, 20-30 minutes walks, streching, try to improve posture. Do not sit or stand for too long. Positive thinking and gratefulness. @ProphetRufus I just developed varicocele just 5 days ago when I started to have pain after an exercise session. I was really freaked out. Looked for yoga on internet, doing which brought me huge relief along with natural diet without any alcohol and caffeine. Today had coffee in the breakfast and beer with lunch, and feel some pain right now. Seems that lifestyle changes are definitely needed with varicocele.
Ways I’ve managed my vericoele and still have normal test and sperm levels: stopped lifting weights and started calethetics ( better for blood flow ), eating clean foods and antioxidants, laying down and putting legs elevated (helps with blood flow), minimize alcohol intake (I still drink but it’s maybe once a month if that) and most importantly cold showers! This always keeps the swelling down. After a cold shower I feel my veins and they are smaller and feel less inflamed. (Cold shower to laying down for bed with make a grade 2-3 to a zero for me )
@@TheIRtist Dr. I didn't have all these info. A doctor asked me to do the surgery. I did. But now I have pains in roud my belt line and moves to my right thigh when severe. I hardly can walk on my right leg properly. My testis was not hurting but it's now hurting after the surgery. It's been a month now. Please what should I do?
When I do legs on wall pause my feet and legs goes pale and when I get up it feels like theirs lots of pressure in my leg and I feel light headed is this normal? But yes it does help.

Hello, I checked for sperm count which was around 8-9mil. I spoke to a doctor who made me do some scans. From the scan it showed I had varicocele and hydrocele. He said surgery was the option. I was eager to get rid of it. So I believed him. Honestly, I had no pain or any problem before diagnosis. But after the surgery, I am having pains in my scrotum and a pain at my belt line on my abdomeninal part that sometimes move into my thighs. Please did he give me the right advice? What should I do now?
I think those bad doctor did they perform the surgery or always get a second opinion especially when it comes to your you know your body unfortunately you already got the surgery so you're going to have to talk to someone else about this the specialist but do everything he said in the video just have to change your lifestyle If you know anyone if they don't have any pain just avoid you know the heavy lifting and then you know bad diet and do all the tips in the video and you should be fine My doctor personally said it's okay right now it's like stage one that's why you have the pain but it'll it'll be fine as long as you don't get it hit again cuz I got it hit I might have triggered the pain and the swelling and then it got worse so obviously don't get hit in your testicles especially now cuz your post surgery but yes whenever you speak to a doctor I remember my sister just have a lot of back pain and then they said that her spine had an infection or some b******* and then I told her no just get a massage and they didn't even do any blood tests before they made that assumption so after they got the blood test I told her to wait till you hear the results and he was recommending surgery and all this crap so they got the blood test no infection perfectly fine and I was like good that's why you always wait and get a second opinion especially whenever it comes to surgery cuz that can't go back from that hopefully that helps honestly just yes follow all the tips in the video hopefully that brings it down stay away from caffeine smoking any drugs and what else did he say how heavy lifting so cardio's great yoga's great I think I got swimming is great because you know you're in the water so it'll be cooler stay away from hot tubs and saunas
@@bangkhan5554 so I got some treatment antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and all that but it was very very painful because I got hit in the testicle and then that's what triggered it but just the other day I felt the same thing but not as severe so it goes up and down it's kind of really sucks just if you do any type type of physical sports I'd recommend wearing a cup to protect your in all your groin area your genitalia and don't overexert yourself too much right like I do weightlifting you know I don't go light but I don't go extremely heavy I just want to slowly pace myself which is what you should do anyway and slowly increase the weights
I feel varicocele only for few minutes hardly 10-15 minutes specially after ejaculation and then it disappears on its own... Totally normal like nothing feels like veins then is it vericocele

I was just diagnosed with this on my left side and I have always said the older I get the better I feel in cooler climates I’m 53, was diagnosed with varicose veins on my right leg below the knee but my left is fine? I tend to love places with less humidity and low barometric pressure low. I currently live in the Houston area and have hated living here all my life I hope to move in the next 5 to 10 years to Colorado where I have spent summers and winters and I feel fantastic!!

Just know when you go get checked, make sure the doctor checks you STANDING UP. My husband has grade 3 and the first doctor couldn’t feel anything and he was diagnosed with epidimyesis until we went to a urologist and he stated varicocele cannot be detected with a physical exam while laying down. Just a heads up!
Hello brothers... I am 20 yrs old In Feb 2021 I started feeling uneasy in left testicle ... It was not anything too painful but sometimes it was bothersome with a left vein somewhat large wrt right...... After a month...consulted one doc....he said all normal......but the problem wasn't going off..about uneasyness and feeling of : something is not in its place.. Today I did my USG scrotum and they assesed I have a little enlarged left vein : grade 2 vericoce.... And then doc said its normal and common..... Guys please leave ur suggestions on this
bro i have this problem past 20 years no surgery no drugs ... Just exercises fast walk daily 0ne hour ... Massage veins before sleeping... One day it will cure . If you stop walking exercises it will come again.

The sad part is that I have never smoked in my life, never drink alcohol, I have been fit to a large extent, I work out often times, I know I don’t sleep very well but I compensate for it by sleeping during the day (I work mostly overnite) yet I was diagnosed to have it. Thank you for the good advice. I do security, and sit down most of the time with a gun belt on. Now I have a varicocele that is bothering me alot. I didnt think that sitting down too often could cause it. I just walked around for about 20 minutes at my job after watching this video. My varicocele is feeling better already. I was thinking about having surgery on it to fix it, but if I can make it go away on my own, to me that is a much better option. Thanks again for the great video. Keep up the good work.

@@mightytitan1719 No, nothing has improved too much yet. I just for out that I have a inguinal hernia down there too, calcification, and possibly a hydrocele, so Im waiting to see what the doctor says about it. I hqve to get a second catscan for the hernia this Monday.
@@MrScottytoohottiei think you should improve your diet ,do intermediate fasting, cut down carbs and sugars , walk is good,posture correction is also good make sure you don't have anterior pelvic tilt ,and wear v shape underwear and a little tight so that your testes isn't hanging during walking etc apply cold water for relieve I am repeating points so that you won't miss it , i am doing the same and it is showing improvement Hope you do good best of luck for tests ❤, if you want to give me advice or ask me something give me a reply

@@kerem44443 I don’t know,bro. Increase in the intraabdominal pressure causes the varicocele to worsen,so even if you cough too much you could get a varicocele to worsen. My doctor recommended to not do any weightlifting and only walk with moderate pace every day for maximum 45 mins and to swim. But since we are all young,I can’t stay away from sports,f*ck it. The varicocele doesn’t cause atrophy of the testicle,it only can cause temporary lower quality of sperm(lower motility) of the sperm cells. When I plan on starting a family and it is a problem,I will get the embolisation of the veins,until then living my normal life. I do not have any pain and I’m being very active. So the best is to get regular check ups and try and see what works best for you.

Listen very carefully hopefully you didn't but go into your doctor get an ultrasound it's the best way to check what stage you have most people have a low stage you know but just yeah they'll tell you exercise you know diet keep your weight down stay away from caffeine and high sugar and all that crap but stage one you don't I think I was one stage one and two you don't require surgery 3 is when they'll actually accept you for surgery don't get surgery if you do not have pain don't get surgery if you don't need it use that as a past resort always surgery and always get a second opinion

Hey Doc. Im 14 and I feel veins around my left testicle (varicocele). I have never had any pain or swelling. I only feel 1 under my testicle and 2 on the left side of it.
