Best method is balloon in baloon using a hanger...of course sand cut hanger tip and make circle..

Hello Melinda, we usually prep the curl balloons atleast one day before the party. They will last longer but we just prefer to prep it not too far from the day we use it. Thank you.

Hello Heather ! it depends on how strong your electric pump because some electric pumps can't handle 260Q. Mostly we use hand/manual pump. Thank you.

I will have to get a hand pump and do this project ahead of time. Thank you for responding so quick too.

@@heathergarrity1889 advance Happy Birthday to your daughter. I know she will love the decoration that you will make for her. Yeah a little advance on some of the balloons will be okay (we do that too maybe a day or two). Our pump was an old one and we are lucky with got this one. The other electric pump we have is not as good as the other one (we just use it as back up). Thank you again for watching.

Hello Laura Ann, Did you stretch your 260q balloon before you filled it with air? Please try to stretch it first then pump your balloon all the way then release air and wrap it on your tube and remember tie balloon on the other side of your tube. You will then put the tip of your 260q under that balloon you tied on one side then wrap your 260q then pump air. Please try it again and let me know. I hope this will help, please try it again. I know you can do this. Thank you for watching

@@fambamny I will try. I'm using a stand up stand. Is that what my problem it? I've blow the balloon up before hand. It is a Q260 balloon but it's not qualitex. Does that make a difference?
