Hi Katie! Thank you so much for watching! How you curls turn out can definitely depend on your texture, and I unfortunately only have experience with naturally straight hair! It could be the temperature of your curling iron (I set mine at 4 and the levels go 1-5), how long you hold the curling iron to your hair, and how long you let your curls set. I would experiment with those things! Also, when I first started to curl my hair my hair did not hold curls well at all for about a year and I just had to keep at it. Sorry I can't be of more help!!

Hi Kalia! I don't have a very oily scalp unless I workout, so I can usually go 2 days without washing my hair and be okay. However I do like to use the DryBar dry shampoo on my roots when I notice them getting oily. I've also heard that sometimes it's better to use the dry shampoo the night before so your hair can soak up the oil overnight and you wake up with fresh hair. Haven't tried it myself but it's worth a go! Here's the dry shampoo I like to use: shopstyle.it/l/bqf5f

@@AwwsomeeXiongg I think so! But I don’t recommend applying heat to your hair when you have hairspray on it and it’s good to use a clarifying shampoo to strip all the product from your hair every so often !

@@MarisaKay Oh okay.. I usually just go in with heat protection before curling. But I heard you could apply other things beforehand to help hold curls? But I guess I shouldn’t. I heard of those clarifying shampoo. Just haven’t found a good one to try. It takes so much work just to take care of hair lol

@@sarahanson2222 going by you photo of yourself in your profile picture makes it obvious this is a case of envy, denying other people look prettier than you doesn’t actually help you feel better about yourself, it typically worsens self loathing and sense of self. I’m far below a 10/10 myself but work with what you’ve got and you can look good and feel confident. Confident but not delusional, such as denying people are more attractive than you when it’s objectively untrue. Besides, an ugly personality will turn people away from you way more than where you rank on the beauty scale. Being able to be happy/proud of how you look regardless of the fact others out there are more attractive is going to help get rid of your insecurities and all the stress and hostile behaviour that comes with it. But I could be reading this wrong and you’re in fact coming from a racist standpoint when you called her ugly, since not many people bother to change the human emotes from their yellow default unless they’re making race apart of their statement, hopefully I’m wrong tho and it’s just the insecurity issues I mentioned earlier that lead you to write a nasty comment.
