Hi Jake, great video. You have solved an issue that I have had for a while :) Would you be able to do the same thing with Billing Frequency? We want to have a billed every 5 years option however this isn't an option in Hubspot
I don't think this would work for that because the description text is more of a visual property on the quote page. The Billing Frequency is tied to some logic to actually perform the payment. Your best best is to create an idea in the HubSpot community and ask for a 5 year option and see if others agree to vote it up.
Very helpful, Jake! I wonder if you'd be able to help - I've copied the standard 'Flow' template, since this includes the capability to add custom product properties to a Quote template (whereas the other ones didn't). I've successfully added one custom Product property to the Line Item table in the Quote, but I'm limited to adding six properties only. I need to add about 5 extra properties. Is there an easy (non-coding) way to do that, please? Many thanks in advance!
Hi Vanessa if you have Sales starter you might have reached your limit of additional fields. I have only experience customizing quote templates with the professional plan that doesn't have those limits. Or is that plan you have?
@@Bootstrapcreative Hi Jake - we have Sales Enterprise :D. So it's the Quote template that is limiting the display of the many custom properties we have...I would like to display 9-10 columns in the Quote's Line Item module.

Hi Jake, thank you for the video! I ran into a similar issue, where I created a custom Multi-Selection Checkbox property on the Deal object, and tried to pull in this property into a Rich Text box via a personalization token. But that property is not available under the personalization token list. Do you know how to solve that issue? Thank you!
I would try going to source code and manually writing the hubl to get the property from the deal. Look at the custom quote templates code for ideas on how to grab the data. If you need help you can email me.
Can you change the width of the columns of a quote By default they are equal in width I would like the description to be wider and the quantity to be narrower
