I used 6 yards. That’s 5.4 meters. The fabric I used here is length 48. If your fabric is length 60, you’ll need 4.5 yards.

How many yards can one use because when I folded in after measurement of that 60, the fabric wasn't equal. Is a 3yards fabric

Yes it won't be equal because you're folding diagonally. So you still need to join fabric to the shorter part. By 60, 4 yards should be okay for a dress with length 60.

Not at all. I use 5 and half yards. It's the short one you can make with 3 yards

5 yards should be enough. I used 6 yards for mine sha because I used one yard for scarf. And I'm tall - dress length 64. So if you're not as tall as me, you may not even use up to 5 yards
