with the guard off you get better cuts and can get in deeper, but always hold with two hands and cut on an angle if you can. You must have a good handle on the tool before u take it off
@@InvestorTheory on the third attempt we lightly clamped it to a flat piece of wood that's a part of a mobile work bench. We cut an X through the middle and softly went back and forth on each side iteratively. The tile is a hexagon that is 5" on all sides or 8.5 inches from one face to the other We have thoughts but please share yours first
