The traditional way to deal with manes and tails, in England anyway, is to “pull” them. It takes time, little and often being the watchword. Never let scissors or clippers anywhere near manes and tails. May look all right when freshly done but soon looks dreadful unless you really want to do it on a daily basis.
Great video, last time I tried to cut my horses mane he looked really goofy for about 2 months until it grew back but I'm going to try again with this method
One time when my riding instructor was trying to show us how she rides her horse bareback she accidentally sprayed show sheen on her horses entire body
How to make such perfect mane in the first place? Did you train it to lie on one side with braids? My mare's mane lies to one side perfectly up the middle of the neck, then it goes half on one side and half on the other. I tried to train it and it works for a short while. Am I supposed to train it all the time? D:
do you need to wash the spray out with water ? I feel like that should not stay on the mane because it's going to wet or something like that. Do I need to wash it out, the show seen
