If you’ll be adding sleeve to the dress then you’ll go with that method. In this case you need to take your measurement.

Yes ma'am. You can take the measurement on the blouse itself after joining the shoulder, but remember to add the arm space on the other side when taking the measurement. Thanks ma'am
