How to cut aluminum diamond plate sheets 

You can use a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade, it cuts like a hot knife through butter and barely any sharp edges

I just commented on the circle cut vid! Was asking about straight cuts ha. My big issue is controlling my hand for a straight cut. Was blown up and in a bad wreck and it took its toll on my spine, so my hands arent what they used to me (my guitar playing can attest to that now LOL). I may be overcomplicating it. Im just gonna cut, and if I have any imperfections, I might grind it ont he bench grinder or tinsnip escess off.

when cutting with shears does it leave a rough edge? if so, what is used to smooth it out?
