Beautiful sister, thank you. I thought--when doing the cowl pleating--once you get to that side seam you start pinning the pleats in the opposite direction. Referred to it as making the pleats "kiss" or "face each other." Is there a reason you pinned both front and back pleats in the same direction? I'm planning to make a gown with ankara and satin or silk and I want to be real sure before I start. Please, I hope you respond quickly. I'm excited with the concept 😊😉💜
Yes you can but it has to be a lighter one and you have to fold the face fabric and lining at once. But it's best to use a fabric that wont require a lining
