I think it almost the same . If you divide 26 by 4=6.5, so using this method you have to find radius as she did in the video but if you want to use the other method 26÷6.28=4.1, so to find your 3:17 radius you have to start from the tip top to measure the 4.1

No it won’t, if the 360 degrees flair is not a full as you want, you can cut 720 that’s 2 different flares and join them together.
