I was having issues connecting my crotch extension to my thigh because I was applying method for normal size measurement. Had to come on here to check for plus size trouser tutorial and stumbled on your video. At first I didn’t really understand, but when I settled down and watched in details it became very clear and it solved the problem I was having. So thank you for this. It’s an old video but it’s fresh as new to me 😁. Thank you thank you thank you. ❤
Wow!!!! I got to find this video today! And am already working on one, I've always wanted to see someone illustrate with a plus size,n my hip is exactly 53" God knows I smiled all through the teachings, finally I get to own a perfect fit❤.... Thank you so very much ma'am God bless you
I really need to commend you for posting this video I've used it to sew for a thick lady and even made two more for my average client the fitting is top notch. My God bless and crown all your efforts with his unfailing love. I Love this ma 😊😁😁🤗🤗🤗🤗
I am back with good news, 👍. I tried your method of how to make pant and it came out excellently well. Thanks much. More grace and more strength, I am so grateful. I really appreciate you.
Thank you very much for this video🙏,…I followed your tutorials and it worked perfectly on my plus size client….it was sooo beautiful,…you are blessed❤️
Thanks for your tutorial sis. It helped a lot . It was very fine on my client but the inner thigh have a downward strech. This has been my issue and I don't like it. What can I do to correct this? Thank you sis.
Thank you for this video mama It's just what I needed. Please I want to ask, What makes the trouser leg shorter than the other after sewing? After I sew, I noticed the front of one leg is shorter and it's twisting to the front. 😢😢 What's the cause and how can I correct it? 🙏🙏 Thank you ma
Thank you very much. Please for palazzo for a same plus size. How do you go about the opening at the hem side to avoid it twisting at the inner joining
Thank you so much for this. I can never find pants that fit me right since my waist is 37" and my hips are 52", plus the widest part of my hip sits high (6" from the waist). I tried seam-ripping an old pair of jeans to copy them but it just didn't work. I then considered buying a custom pattern from TailorNova, but I was concerned about spending $14 for a pattern and then $5 to print it at the UPS store, only for it not to fit correctly and be back to square one and $19 poorer. It took me two tries, but the third times the charm, 'cause I now have the front portion done! I'm looking forward to doing the back portion and making a muslin so I can check for any needed tweaks. I'm now very hopeful to soon have a pair of good-fitting jeans that are flattering and functional.
Thank you for doing this plus size. What is the formula for the 10" crotch depth? It amazes me how many thick woman there are and so little plus size tutorial. I have been struggling for so long to make an outfit that fits. Drafting for small size doesn't work for plus size. God bless you!!
Please, ma incase you want to add pockets to your trouser with lining would you cut out the fabric and lining pocket shape as one not minding d lining but treating it as same thing as d main fabric? Am a bit confused here on how to fix pocket to trouser that has lining yet will have pocket...please ma help!
Please ma I love your method but my problem here is that am sewing high waist for hip 59 please ma what will be the crotch length? Thanks I will be expecting your reply because it's urgent
Hi ma'am thanks for the tutorial, plz I have a hip of 48 and the tummy is 49 should i still divide the hip by 4 for the crotch, and its not a high wasn't just a little on her belly
Weldone sis, please can i use this measurement for this size, Waist 107 cm , where is belly button that part 116 cm , 130 cm is where are hips , ass areas around body is also 130 cm , both thighs 114 clans one thigh high 72 cm
Question 1. Can one use this same method of trouser cutting for an average person or should I say, someone that's not fat? Question 2. That place you came down by 3inches below d crotchline, is the 3inches constant?. Thanks ma
I love your tutorial dear, please my hip is 48.5" should I also add 2inches to the back crotch extension? How many yards of by 60" width fabric will be enough for my trouser, hip 48.5, length 40, thigh 31?
