For stretchy material if it's fitted,you might need to put exact leg measurements,and for Cargo you can use this method too.

Ask her for joggers materials,she will direct you to her husband store by the side. Her husband doesn't sell alot of different varieties but on that same line, The Last store by your right,you will meet a light skinned man that sells any kind of Joggers or hoodie material u want.
