Yes only if you want it puffy.the hard net is just to make your ball gown more full so if the person wants a full ball gown then add the hard net I hope this helps?
So beautiful and well detailed, but please is it possible to make the ball gown/skirt detachable with a short skirt inside maybe for change/after party dress, pls if so how do I go about it ma.
