Oh you just measure the back neck and front neck. The total would be the length of your lapel.

@@raspgrape2605 place your tape behind your neck horizontal, bring it to your shoulder and then to your elbow and to the wrist.

@@Theonlychioma is this the center of the back of the neck(what i mean the half measurement of the neck) then measure going to shoulder down to elbow? Is this the right measurement of N-S ma'am? Because that N-S measurement was confused on me,i dont know how to measure it..but the rest of your measurement guide was very understandable. I'm only a beginner Thank you so much
