Tied to your waist. pick the belt at the front and tie it to your waist inside at the back. You can tie the belt before you clip your press buttons together.
It’s a lining material but a good one. The fabric for the neck design is patterned crepe. Follow the calculation in the video. Half of your Shoulder measurements+1+6+sleeve length E.g. 8+1+6+12=27inches. That means you need 27inches*4.
