Hey fairies,
A lot of you have been asking how I got my hair in the pixie cut style in my “how to slay my short hair” video. I found some footage of when I first got my hair cut in my pixie cut style and recorded how I style it. Here is a start to finish tutorial showcasing how I glue in pieces, cut, and style my hair. I hope this helps.

on my sides in the summer time (which this was filmed) I usually get a texturize to lay my curls down. So when slick it down it stays down instead of curling up.

Does the gluing of the tracks damage or pull your hair out any when you take them out? And is there a special way you take them out so it doesn't pull?

Ft _Viccc I glued mine like this for many years with no prob. When removing, use lots of conditioner and let them slide off. I didn't have damage until I went to a salon, she used too much glue and they were too quick to snatch them out when removing. The damage was irreparable. Good luck!

No. She's natural. You just have to care for your natural hair & invest in a good heat protectant and flat iron.

i use a texturize in those areas to slick them down. its super light an docent damage my hair. It just loosens my curl a bit.

Beverly Davis if you are going to do the short cut only relax the sides and back for a smooth finish and lay. the top doesn't have to be relaxed for that look. If you have really curly hair it won't lay and will constantly curl up and will fight the foam. as long as it stays short, relaxer won't harm. If you decide to grow it back just get the relaxed hair trimmed regularly until there is no more

Simple, sassy, sexy! The only step I would have done differently is, I would have applied a gel on my hair to bond my tracks, otherwise this is a done "do" for me. Very nice!
