Please it does work for alot of people but it doesn't work for everybody all the time.( You may decrease the width(w) and the depth(d) by half of an inch for kids and increase the d and w by quarter/ half of an inch for "VERY big men with big necks".) Nb:This works for me 🥂
It depends on how old the child is and his body stature. But I normally use from 2" to 2.4" for the front part of the shirt depth and the width. And maintain the same width for the back part of the shirt and a depth of 1.25"
