Not very accurate at all. This is not how a French curve is used or how a sleeve is made. You left out all the measurements necessary that tell you where to put the ruler. The sleeve cap has several points to connect. There is no way to adjust that sleeve if it doesn't fit, or repeat it if it does fit.
