@@colinobriant6895 Rolling = Not tanking = Vit isn't much of a factor. Also strength weapons are slower so you have to roll more often to get the openings you need.

@@a-ha4940 No. Story, world building, philosophy, the intricate and great depths of the character, the action scenes, the battles, the struggles, the true form of grim darkness, the inversion of good and evil, the complexity of the lore and near every inhabitant of its twisted world, the conflicted adversaries, and most importantly, Guts himself, is what makes Berserk a masterpiece that is far superior to any Western creation (including LoTR, Elric, and Warhammer Fantasy) and if we're being honest, a lot of Japanese creation too (Attack on Titan, Tokyo Ghoul, Claymore, Vampire Hunter D, Hellsing, and to some extent, Yojou Senki, are based on the grim dark template of Berserk). So yeah, its more than just his armour. But I do agree, this ain't Guts. Probably his cousin from Kushan or something.

I've played and beaten all The SoulBorne games and thought I was done with them. I did not play the 2 DLC's to DS3 so I guess there was still some bait out there. I dont know what motivated me to do a Guts build, but I did. It was easily my funniest playthrough ever in a Fromsoft game Maxing my Strength to 66 and using the Ultra Greatsword to smash was so damn rewarding, I checked those two DLC's off as well. Guts vs Gael was truly amazing.
