I tried my best to make the perfect 20 seconds of a groove to contribute to a quarantine video by fellow drummer Kim Ofstad, LiL John Roberts, Greg Clark Jr., Dorothea Taylor, Wes Watkins, Tyler Zarzeka, Gard Nilsen and Nelli Bubujanca. I needed to do the best out of the situation and lack of gear, and after a few bigger social media pages shared my small part of the released video, some very few individuals reminded me how bad of a person I am, using other people (a girl!) as a drum stand. Very understandable. It made me think that honest is important, so why not show the whole (first) recording session in it's entirety?

There is this feeling I cannot describe. One that happens very few times in life, when you fall in love with a musician you know you will love and adore till your last day! What an incredibly inspiring guy! I have had endless fascination watching his videos even though I'm a guitarist. This man is something else.

Baard you are well groovy, but the real hero here must be Karina. I've played a Pearl Free Floating snare 14x6.5 for years and I know how heavy that drum is. And don't get me wrong, you are an amazing drummer, but you are also a drummer who uses his whole body to play, which can affect coordination. So in the end, one must conclude that Karina both possesses strength and courage. PSA: No Karinas were hurt or harmed in making this video Mange hilsner fra en af de sydlige danske naboer ;-).

I remember 🤘Baard🤘 Kolstad🤘 when he played in the town of Norway aged 9 years old. I wish he still done that🤷‍♂️,,, but because of the Coca-Cola Covid-19 Virus 🤔 I think that's why he's not doing Drum Solos in Norway in town anymore💭🤔.
