Does the C191 use the same pin part numbers as C101? Thanks

Yes, I believe they do!

will this took work on the Jetronic C101 (i.e. the square plug)? The square plug has both small and large pins

No, I don't believe it will. I recommend upgrading to the newer c101. This way you can use this tool, you can use pins that are newer/still available, and its compatible in case you ever engine swap a newer engine.
