Now in my 20s, I'm surrounded by guys with fragile ego taking everything personally, blaming others for criticising them and blaming circumstances for their failure. It's so infuriating to babysit their feelings, when they can just suck it up and grow up! It's not about their inner child anymore, it's them being an adult child! You are ignoring the fact that this is a real problem. It's not a tipical male trait, it's learned behaviour. And that needs to change as We evolve as a society. People have the right to complain. As a guy I talk to girls alot but I never talk to girls when other guys are in the group because of the fear of being left out. I have heard how some girls have been ignored when they are with their friends talking to other groups of guys and that's what kills me. So that's why I only talk to girls alone. That's my male ego.

Male ego is awesome! It is the right to survival. For me my male ego represent how I do not want to talk to girls when other guys are around but I will talk to girls even groups of girls alone. The last thing I want to do is stand or work or be friends with a guy who looks like Brad Pitt although I would treat him as a distant aquaintance. I like to see myself as a provider for women who have problems and I hope that one day any women will allow me to to care for and protect her.
