Wow! Received the healing from vertigo right now! I had an episode this week and I haven’t had one in over a year. I am going through menopause and have hot flashes all the time but they are a lot better these days. I used to sweat all over my whole body but after I started taking the brand Solgar Female Multivitamins for 3 years, I now only sweat around my neck and my head. This brand of supplements have dong quai, black cohosh and milk thistle among other ingredients that really reduced hot flashes I was getting. I don't work for that company. I'm just letting you know what helped me. I now just drink dong quai tea and/or black cohosh tea. Thank you to both of you for keeping it real. Giving us real talk. GOD Bless both of you.

I am Michele. Thank you God that your word comes all the way around the world and comes through a couple that I believe to be faithful. I receive the power Lord, as I received a medical report that says might need a Hysterectomy. I cried because I have been through a bit myself. Thank you God. I love you Lord. I trust You.

I too went through breast cancer, finished treatment and am cancer free. Praise God, I was diagnosed 2 weeks after losing my brother to cancer. My faith has only grown and trust God more. Now taking care of my elderly parents..Hard but thanking God for the opportunity.

I also had a hysterectomy and have gone through menopause and the symptoms. I chose not to take any medications, but did take vitamins. What I found that helped the most was having the right & positive attitude. Of course adjusting my diet, (more vegetables, especially green, fruits, fiber, protein and water; minimizing carbs & sugar) I also walked a lot, to get fresh air, clear my mind, think, relax and just move. Years later, I find I need to keep doing all the above in order to maintain good health, weight and a positive mental attitude. You will get through this and it will pass, I promise. :)
