I fell into a trap of "why am i thinking this? Its not spiritual " 😂🎉 i am coming out of it. It can play on the conditioning from childhood like you can't imagine. Especially if there are hints of "you are a failure" in the mix like in my case.

I don’t think it’s acting when ppl try to put on their best, it’s exactly what it says, putting on your best, it’s an effort, and I’ve learned to appreciate and admire ppl that try, and I’m talking about ppl that genuinely try, and not to do it to gain superiority and try be the best person in the room. Same goes for those ppl that whenever they go out in public they try to dress their best, it’s a sign of respect for society, for you and me. So let’s put everything we have into making this existence of ours super fly,
if its organic, then of course, it feels nice. But if the motivation is coming from insecurity or a “please recognize me” vibration then its superfluous. Its all about inner motives-- hence im an advocate of deep self-introspection.
I'm glad to hear you say this because this is how I am. I didn't used to be, but now that I'm chronically ill and in chronic pain, I find I do get genuinely happy just to be out and about and finally let outside into the world again and I'm extra energetic and chipper.
i had many of those experiences of intense crying or sobbing and anger when i was younger; i felt like i was some greater consciousness watching it and i knew it, and its like there was more than one of me. throughout my life, i’ve felt like i (or my greater consciousness) have been directing life for a “higher purpose”; it’s just a feeling; for example, my first 2 year relationship, i knew i was going to break up close to the beginning; it was like a heavenly dream for the first 9mo.-1year, but ya there was a hard hard crash after the breakup (also with COVID and no gym and no socializing in-person; and cat allergies and stuffy home with my mother who i had deep-seated relational issues with).
The emotions washing in are healing potions sent from the Ocean. Feeling thirsty, drink upstairs and always feel quenched, sometimes so heavy, just feeling drenched. Great message Yash ! Thanks for sharing.
I gotta let grace come in and help me because the anxiety and depression is not fixable by me at all. I now see meditation as a buffer rather than a fix. I will try to surrender more ya know.
There is only one being fully awake in this universe we call it God or source. All other beings no matter how highly awake always have infinite journey to awake more in front of them.

I think what u said about Mooji makes a lot of sense, he said in an interview that he grieved when his son passed away, but also that he didn't feel it was unjust or unlawful, im paraphrasing, but yeah, our human aspect processes things differently so..... This video feels like divine timing. I was just going through a bout of grief; and the thoughts that accompanied that grief centred around my ex who I believe is a twin flame of mine. I'm certain a key factor in our relationships demise was my constant lusting, edging and pmo. I've been a bit over a month now of semen retention and practice of renunciation of edging (doing my best). Anyways, thank you for your insight. been in this journey for a year now because of a twinflame..but I don't think it's because we're like soulmates; it's because we're the same soul..and him leaving or running feels like my death (ego death/dark night of the soul) but we're one being, we'll always be. some people just make twinflames romantic and make it like soulmates
yes, I know exactly what you speak. I have experienced this more than once (its the most intense human experience for the most part). But for me now, I can say, its all still the mind that likes to create all these concepts, especially around love, and finding “the one”, etc..Women like to do this more than men, generally speaking..:) And It probably wont be long before another and even more juicy concept will be created around the idea and experience of “human love” -- maybe the “single flame” or something..:). All these terms still fall under the ‘human love’ umbrella for me There is no deeper relationship than we can have or feel than the one-ness we have and experience with our true Self (or Source). This is a Divine Love (not human love or “soul love”). If that is stable in us, then twin flame, single flame, soul mate, etc wont matter so deeply.. It will still be honored and experienced intensely, but it wont be able to “rock us” so hard anymore because we have seen that its actually just another experience that will have to pass, because it still belongs to the realm of ‘form’. .We have to realize our formlessness in order to not be so deeply effected by the play and appearances of form. ah ok. I spent some time at Bohol beach. It was ok..:) Im not really into using the common conceptual jargon (twin flames, etc.) But yes, I experienced being with someone where I felt like I was with myself (the female form of me) and it was the best human experience Ive had. Spiritual experiences are better though (nothing trumps them and thats a good thing). I can’t say any one particular thing led me into wanting to transcend this human self construct identity. There are many factors and things that led to that. Im not too interested in that though to be honest with you (my human story)... It means that the consciousness is becoming less identified with the whole human game and starting to recognize its formlessness and so you can see things more for what they are-- ‘a divine play’. it will increase but dont worry about it. It happens naturally.

Dang great video, thank you! The first time I kinda realized that awareness is always there was in my first year of apprenticeship. I was working in the colorkitchen of a printery and in the background there was this constand bum, bum, bum, bum, bum of punching machines. I was working there weak after weak and it got so boring that my mind starten going Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram for almost 8hours a day at the same rhythm as the machines. Everything was going in circles and there I was in middle of it, untouched. This boring job bacame my saddhana. I still work there at the printmachines and the endless machines going in circles always soothes me.
@@spiritualrenaissance Yeah it is, sadly they are eating up tons of trees each day. I do want to get out of there as soon as I can. How did you go about making money as a youth? Here in germany everything is massively industrialized and working 40h+ each week is expected, I am ok with working as I dont want to depend on anyone too much. I just need to find somthing thats more aligned with my inner feeling I guess.

I really like your casual style which, I imagine, resonates well with many who get spooked by what (their mind tells them) they perceive as strange or too churchy… I wonder whether you have read or listened to Dick Schwartz, a clinical psychologist from Harvard, who developed the concept of the Internal Family systems. I don’t want to take too much space but would warmly recommend. Briefly, it talks about the mind being composed of different parts , each having a role and a position….

Great video. I was wondering if you'd possibly do a video about trust please? I feel that trust is cruical in surrender but often I find myself doubting the intentions of others especially in romantic relationships. I want to open my heart to everyone but dropping that "mask" can be frightening when you start to believe you're becoming an open ground for people taking advantage of you or acting maliciously towards you. I'm finding that this balance has been challenging.
Yep true words i can resonate with, like me currently caught up in this hamsterwheel of spiritual bypassing and also like suffering before somethings has happend or even might not happen. Just in my mind fearing the possibly end of my current relationship and just like at the moment for a few days now feeling and experiencing this total finitude of all things /at least in this reality like realm here. And struggling with feelings and thoughts also about attractions to other persons, but also and intense fear and the hurt about loosing pur relationship now. Mixxed up with questioning all the stuff about what purpose it is for and so on… like Evensm struggling here with omg not being to harsh to myself for having thees thoughts and thinkin that rational and maybe out of an egoistic economical level of humans/ persons in the society. Like its just superintense these days, through this long distance - about being haveway across the globe working, ; … before having this superromantic loving caring emerged compartment relationship versus omg now being superdepressive anxious and nagativel deminuishing all connection (energetically, physicaly, mentally cutting state. Boah kust crazy. And yeah like u said also watchin myself lixinig it up with spiritual bypass makes it even worse sometimes, just feels like loosen the ground and there is nothing to hold on to in my oen psyche feels like very helpless and also pretty lonely snd the end of „a world „ . Well but in the end its probably like this just stay with it, u cant nothing do about it sonetimes and simple/plain not drowning it or distracting thyself just, the only way out is through . And theres is definetely a purge going on through this process. Thank u gor ur videos :))

It isn’t necessarily about being correct or the amount of followers, what most people ignore is the fact that most spiritual leaders/teachers which are jacked up into Universe Frequency somewhat find themselves to be lingering in a huge kindergarten. Imagine your brain running on Windows 11 whilst everyone else’s brains are still running on Windows 1… Although fun at first, it might get to become a bit boring, lol, The fact not to get nailed on the cross any longer makes it entertaining to share insights about the matter. Bit of a win/win situation, sharing is caring, lol
