Pr woh kabhi safe environment nahi provide kar paate. Hum un ki boundaries ki respect Karte Par Woh nahin Karte. Sab freedom diya phir unhone mujhe hi bandh liya. Mujhe akele hi nahi chorte. Word theek use karta hu . Gali tak nahi deta. Par woh kafi kuch keh dete hai. Quite hurtful itna ke mai toot jata hu. Blame karte hai mujhe har cheez ke liye aur guilt trap kar dete hai. Ke mere karan mar jayenge coz mujhe yaad kar ke pareshan ho gaye toh meri galti hai. Unhe reassure karte karte , unka dhyaan karte karte khud ko Kho chuka hu mai. Aab itna pareshaan ho gaya hu ke aapke paas aane laga hu. 😢. Thank u . But I need help. And she needs help more than me. But woh ise acknowledge hi nahi karti.

Greetings 🤗 Dr Muja apsa apna masla share Karna hai main bachpan sa hi mentally week ho muja batain bhut dar sa samaj ati hai, main cheeza bhut jaldi bhol jata ho or main logo sa sahi sa bat nhi kar pata (na mara bachpan sa dost raha hai) Mari age 20 years hai please ap mara masla ka koi solution share kar dain☺️☺️

Mam mujhe, number ocd hai 3, 13, 23 number mujhe pasand nahi aate mai inhe avoid karta hu Iske sath mujhe fear of loved one ki ocd bhi hai jiske liye mere 15-16 compulsions bhi hai Iske sath fear of God vali ocd bhi hai jiske mere paas kayi compulsions bhi hai Mujhe ye problem 4-5 saal se hai Mai roj ye sochta hu aage se koi compulsion ya aise thought man me na aaye lekin roj haar jata hu. Kuch Treatment bataiye mam please I am well educated Mechanical Engineer lekin phir bhi in sb cheejo me phasa hu

Mam thats really wrong 😢aap bohut galat kar rhi hai ,hsp logo ke saath kyunki aapko logon ko samjhane ke liye video nhi bnani thi ,log wese bhi humko nhi samjhenge ,aapko humare upar video bnani thi humare nature ke . upar.itni time baad layi bhi toh logo ke liye laye aap, log humko nhi samjhte ,meri kife mein kafi problems hoti hai esse 😢😢😢kya kru sucide kr lu
