Hi Teacher! Thank you for your comments, ideas, and concepts. I absolutely agree with you. But, I have different sensations in speaking and writing. When I´m speaking I´m not afraid to make mistakes. It´s normal because you have to answer or continue the conversation instantly. But I feel sometimes a little frustrated when I´m writing. I changed my strategy, I try writing in a quiet and relaxed moment connecting as much as possible with my emotions. After that, I try to write it in another way, and then I review it for the next day. As you know, I keep going on it, but my goal is to write as much as possible because I´d probably have to write in different medical journals in English. And that´s why I get stressed. 👍👍👍👍
