One thing to do if you are manifesting an SP. I learned this yesterday. Stay off of their Social Media. It will keep you affirming what you don't want.
I literally just muted their posts & stories from showing up on my feed. Some of the stuff they were posting was causing me to be very negative, so I'm hoping this will help. Actually, I *know* it will help!
To ignore 3D is good in the beginning. But keep hiding its only a proof that you have not changed. If tou truly have changed. And living in the end state. 3D wont trigger you anymore.
I've noticed I'm actually doing this MORE since improving my self concept. I always bring myself back to remembering an affirmation of Joseph Rodrigues: 'If I encounter challenges, I see it as an *opportunity* to rise to a HIGHER DEGREE of confidence.'
@@ManifestwithMissyRenee How do you do risk management without bringing a negative outcome. For example you have to react to the 3 d to buy fire and car insurance.
I’m finding it easier to create when I focus on my self concept my self concept is someone who gets whatever I imagine with the intent, thought, or desire to have it and in my imagination it is received instantly therefore the same can apply to my 3D and as this self concept I know that that’s enough because there are no limits to my I Am

I do this. I get on track then think my sp may be interested in someone else and I spiral. I rant at myself tell myself I'm always chosen it's my reality I say what goes.

If u have been deeply hurt its difficult to not go back and forth. When there is no seeing eyes to eyes or apology, there cannot be release and all u have is your past memories. When u are clear and confident its easy to manifest and not go back and forth
That's the thing, it is in the past. If we constantly dwell on the past, then we cannot experience release. That's why we must discipline our minds, so we can stop dwelling on the past or other unwanted states; We must discipline our minds so we can stop hurting.
@@die-Bienen-des-Dunkelheit true but our memories and emotions are not only in mind but collected to our body too. We might turn our attention elsewhere and try to move on but as long as there is no release and deep healing it might be that we only suppress our feelings and at some point in future they rise again and we might face similar situation with different people and diffirent circumstances. But you are right dwelling does not bring us anywhere and human mind is complicated thing, we should gain control of. All Im saying its much more easy to manifest and be positive when you are in peacefull good place in lifecand with your mind.
My advice would be to really start meditating, leave the past in the past, and affirm yourself that you are a creator, a new person, and the past does not exist. Don't allow this in your minds and your visualization. Now you will live just in the future (Present acoording LOA). Work on your self concept. And just find a reason why you cannot forget your past, if you did something that you regret, find a technique that helps you to forget your past and not bring negative thoughts into your present.

Also called split energy….although that whole energy thing just does not click with me. I’m binge watching your videos right now. I started doing that and the bad things made me feel like crap, but now I’m detaching from that.
I've been doing this, I keep being positive but then the 3D keeps throwing everything thats bad at me, so I then think I'm doing things wrong. Also I'm double minded about the amount of money I desire...I think of one amount then think no, why not think of an even larger amount if I'm going to be wealthy !! So for several years the money i desire in my life hasn't manifested.
What do you think about music? It always helps me to invoke feelings and I find it very useful. I reverse engineered my previous, unconscious manifestations and came to the conclusion that it all worked using imagination accompanied with music. Also, when we catch ourselves that we are thinking negatively implying that we are not in the desired state, how can we quickly revert back? Just reminding myself that it is all done and there is no need to worry does not always work, and we can all agree that it is not always possible to get in a deeper imaginal act when this happens, because we might be at work, or driving or doing something that prevents us from doing it. I found that certain songs invoke this great sensation in me because I associate them with the wish fulfilled and the imaginal act itself

Right before going to sleep I also use the Isn’t it wonderful method. Would it be too much to start scripting and affirm him contacting me? @@missysample4486 Perhaps you could say, "This outward scenario is transient (or "This is simply a bridge") and I needn't worry, for I experience my good with ideal timing." Or, "I abandon doubt. This is merely an appearance; I simply proceed with my day knowing my desired good is already an accomplished fact." Or, take even just 15 seconds at your workspace or in the restroom or a quick trip to sit in your car to place yourself mentally in the imaginal scene, smile knowingly, and say to yourself, "It's happening," kind of like a fun and personal game. You'll find what statement works best for you, and you can take these opportunities to get back on track anywhere, even while in line at a grocery store. As Ernest Holmes taught, you can change the trend of causation at any moment, and "even a small amount of right thought" accomplishes this. It doesn't have to be a meditation. At work you can even just take a few seconds to picture your scene, then say to yourself, "It's done," and just repeat that 5-10 times throughout the day, or whenever it occurs to you. That can really make a positive difference. Work with your thoughts until you're in the feeling of 'knowing' it's real. Hope this helped a little!
Should you be adressing certain circumstances and changing them to the opposite affirmations or is just affirming the end result taking caring of it? I find when I affirm for marriage with my sp I think of all the circumstances so not sure if should keep affirming the opposite of the circumstances or just keep perisisfing in the end but when I do I think of the circumstances
thx!! can law of assumption be misused?? ....like assuming harm to another ( am sure that would be karmically unsound of course ,,, but for isntance, " curses" and black magic etc... and you manifest things intentionally that are not something that does not serve us but in the moment we think it does? thx for clarity.

Gotcha. I get it. I heard a manifestation coach say to someone who wants the opposite you want, and desires to be taller, if he believes it's possible, he can manifest it. So, this applies to you as well. Perhaps imagine in SATS all the clothes you own are long on you. Imagine this every night before sleep.
I am guilty of it because I met guy online pretended to be someone else and I like this guy but I found out it was a fake account so ai have searched the real person and I found 2 people with the same name, i used to manifest the real person and now I like the other guy with the same name so now this guy that I like stopped communicating with me. Now I am confused but I really like the 2nd guy.
