My neighbor Tina wakes me up every night. Either talking on the phone loud, or rattling pots at 3 in the morning.

In reality it's not wrong! But unfortunately the law says it's "wrong", the only thing keeping me from snapping on neighbors I've had.

My neighbor don't give a shit. I have never been able to talk to him about his noise even when we were on friendlier terms. I've called the police and they side with this neighbor.

there are no noise laws in the netherlands. they wiped them out of the books... so there you go..

I am about to do this management hasn't done anything about it walls so thin neighbors up stairs are the worse, neighbors next door her loud music you can hear her hole song she said for me to call her,nock on door/ wall to tell her the music is loud.I am very tired

Landlords are filthy hypocrites. Critical tenants cost money. In principle, no sound should come through.. 0.0 In the past, soft floor coverings were mandatory. All laminate and hard floors create noise. Should be banned worldwide in apartments, flats, upstairs houses. 90 percent of apartments are noisy and cause nervous breakdowns in people. Serious health problems. That in turn causes aggression, unemployment and healthcare costs. etc. good housing is important. National authorities require homes to be properly insulated.
