I haven't pre-piped a cookie in a long time because it often seems unnecessary and requires 2 consistencies for most colors, but I do love how you still pipe and flood. So much fun to watch!

hey, how do you store the leftover icing, mine always ends up splitting and gets thinner when i mix it

+Andrea Guerrero Vallejo you can store leftover icing on the counter for a couple of days, but need to re mix it if it starts to separate. Some people put it in the fridge, too.
