Beautiful beet rose, ideal for decorating salads.
Ingredients:
- 1 large beet
- Room temperature water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Ice
- Chopsticks
Preparation:
Peel the beetroot and chop it into very thin slices.
Place them in salted water so that they soften and it is easy to form the flowers [watch the video]
After it is ready, place it in ice water for 5 minutes to harden and open the rose petals, and voila!
