Thankyou so much for using the Vinegar (acid) and the Baking Soda ( alkaline/base) separately. The accomplish different results. The Vinegar works more on mineral deposits and the Baking soda works more on organic matter. I know. I worked in a Brewery where we used much harsher acids and caustic for cleaning. For those who don't know Vinegar will merely neutralize the baking soda. Don't use vinegar and baking soda together for cleaning.

Good evening, Thanks for sharing this information not many people know that they need to clean their dishwasher. It has a lot of bacteria build-up from leftover foods stuck in the filler,and if not clean properly, could damage the dishwasher over time. The same holds true for washing machine and dryer they need to be cleaned on a regular basis to preserve the lifetime of the equipment. I learned this from a technician when I moved into my home and was using the equipment of the previous owner. That is a great video! Thank you. It's funny how the cheaper brands (plastic tub) of dishwasher have a Cascade sticker on the inside door panel and the better made ones have Finish. Quantum finish will keep your dishwasher much cleaner so you don't' have to do a deep clean very often.
