9:18 if you time drain field correctly you can absorb about 4 bars of ki

Suggestion: during downtimes you should use Quick Sleep when you go in Purification form. That skill recovers health, stamina and ki, and the longer you hold the button, the more you heal.

You can upgrade this build with kakusanas super soul, ive demolished the raid boss in like 2 min, with the atk up limit burst from her ss, and its even Stronger if you choose to run Formation! With it. It becomes a setup raid build, that basically mows down the boss extremely quickly if they let you pull it off, and even more so if you teamates survive for the first 30 sec lol

Spam bending Kamehameha it's much better and change the super soul to before creation comes destruction the one that berus uses it boost every ki related skill xl
