Hey guys! So basically to cheese Moghwyn (Lord of Blood) what you need is proper stamina, Mohg's Shackle, The Purifying Crystal Tear (wondrous mix physick), the claws with bleed effect, turtle shield, and proper talismans to boost your stats and attacks.
If you time it right, even beginners can beat Mohg rather easily. Have fun!

Cool video! I have a similar setup using wild strikes with an axe. I’ve been trying to help random players beat him. Play however you see fit. Don’t mind the gatekeepers.

That's actually a great idea! Axes are great to quickly breaking big enemies' stance! You read my mind! We are free to approach however we see fit with our own game.

If you put a cold infusion you basically double ur damage, just beat mohg at level 90 with plus ten weapons status is op

@@philm4109 If you're playing str or dex, or arc, best is at least 50 (this is also good to prepare you for the VERY TOUGH DLC).

@@philm4109 Theoritically with high dex and high arcane you can do it too. But you will struggle in the DLC :) I chat with some other players and they struggle even with 150-200 level. You need also skills like parrying and stuff. The enemies hit like truck 1-2 shots.

I have 2 questions for anyone somehow still in the comments 1) what item protects you from the bleed staff? 2) how do you get the mohgs shackle?

It's not luck. You need high stamina (and a high recovery): use proper talisman, use great runes, use turtle shield on your back, invest on endurance (esp if your build is parrying and blocking).

If you dual it with a frost katana it can be fast like this too.

So basically use a bleed weapon. Damn it I was trying really hard not to do bleed again but this damn Vyke’s war spear is not cutting it against him. Does good damage in the first phase but after he goes into phase 2 the war spear barely does any damage and I end up getting burned out by all his bloodflame attacks.

Yeah his attacks are devastating, we need to get him done fast to avoid him generate it.

@@thepainphantom yeah it’s really rough I trying to beat him at level 90 just trying to speed run the game to get to shadows but nah I couldn’t do it. Decided to just play one of my old characters who already finished the game but thankfully didn’t ng+

@@Guava11534 The new DLC is VERY tough. Recommended level is at least 150-200. I meant by that we're having more fun taking damages and toying around.

When I did this I didn't apply blood flame, only using the default bleed effect from the claws (50 build-up).

It was bloodhound claws. Best if you invest good stats in STR - DEX - ARC (for optimal bleeding effect). Also, your talismans choice and setups (buffs etc) are significant.

I haven't tried it but what I know so far is that bleed status (can also be stacked together with frost) is the best against Mohg. For example, on main hand you have bleed weapon and off hand you have a frost weapon. That if you're powerstancing (dual wield). If you're not, can also use one weapon with bleed or frost by default, then use additional grease or incant.

@@DJWILL1994 What do you mean yellow rain? Hmm was it the Mohg's Shackle (an item) that make him helplessly down for a few seconds? It's a reusable consumable item designed specifically by the devs to bind him. We can do it 2 times before Mohg reached his NIHIL phase.

At the end of the video I gave my setup, but even that can still be tweaked a little bit more with another 1-2 related boosting talismans.

When I made this it was 1.10. But I played NG +1 on 1.12, it was even quicker haha. You need proper stats and setup (buffs and talismans).

Yeah +25. Perhaps it's Dex-based scaling? My dex stats just so-so in this one.

@@manuelbarragan7569 Another alternative is using fast bleeding weapons that scaling better with strength. You can also dual wield them with one bleed and one frost. It's a deadly combo for Mohg,

Don't be a cringe gatekeeper. At least level 100. Use fast bleed weapons, Mohg's shackle and Blood Physick, proper buffs and talismans. Most importantly: Don't be a cringe gatekeeper. F off, respect other ppl boundaries with their own game. It's a YOU problem if you don't like it.
