How To Defend, Evade and Counter The Chasse Bas (Lowline Sidekick). 

I've covered some of our offensive basics on the Chasse Bas but today I'm diving into defenses and counters to deal with this calling card kick. While some people call to ban this technique I firmly believe the real answer is always to learn to defend it. No different than learning to properly escape a leg lock, techniques to be trained against not banned and ignored. So here's a few ways to defend this kick and a couple follow-ups you can send back their way as a counter.
