Some things are different now (a year and a half later). In my instructions they say wire funds to beneficiary and it's someplace in Hungary and the info on the IBKR is in the same first place like up here in the video. But if you try to send it to Hungary it asks for the hungarian IBAN starting with HU and then many number, but the bank account number I got in the instructions is a shorter number without a prefix. When I select to send to USA, which is listed in my instructions as a beneficiary bank, then the IBAN filed converts to banck account number and accepts the shorter number I got. The Revolut filed asks for an ACH routing number yet my instructions have an ABA routing number. Inputed it just the same :/ Now this is where it gets weird. I can't get to the reference screen from here. I can only add a beneficiary - I input the jpmorgan chase bank, the address and then.. nothing. Like, you inputed their address, they are confirmed as a beneficiary and - nothing. No buttons to continue, to pay, send, nothing. I had to exit to the home screen or Revolut, go to Transfer, then to Send internationally and then select jpmorgan chase bank, THEN input the amount and the reference with the IBKR account number blah blah and somehow it went through. Now it's pending and I'll see if it arrives today, as it say it's scheduled for arrival today. It was a test, I sent 53 USD and the Revolut international transfer fee from EU was 0.33 EUR
In Revolut for Hungary the bank account is starting with LT (Lithuania) in your Hungarian bank account you have the 24 digits number but just before your bank has HUXX , if you go to iban kalkulator (Search in google) they will tell you, but also your bank knows.
How is withdrawal money from IBKR to Revolut? can you please make a video? or answer here? SWIFT for USD account is REVOLT21 but IBKR say that is wrong
Къде според теб е по-добре превалутирането от лев в евро... Депозираш в револют левчета , отново в револют превалутираш в евро и пращаш към Интерактив ? :)
I found an article saying What is an IBAN Number? An IBAN number is a unique code that identifies your specific bank account. It identifies the account’s country, the name of the account holder - i.e. the bank - and the details of the specific account too. You will need it every time you intend to receive an international payment from someone in the European Union, or from other countries that use the IBAN. Whilst over seventy countries around the world use the IBAN, many do not. These include the USA, Canada, and China, which use the SWIFT code or BIC instead. Within Europe, most banks will require that you quote both the IBAN and the BIC for international payments, too.
