Descale your machine every 2-3 months (less often if you use filtered water) to prevent limescale build-up and to keep it squeaky clean. The Magimix Nespresso Pixie functions a bit differently to other Nespresso machines. No bleeps etc.
After a full tank flush of your descaler fluid / vinegar solution you must then flush 2 / 5 full tanks of water accordingly.
If the machine stops working and is warm to touch it has likely over heated, do not loose your cool - wait until it is completely cold again, it will be fine.
