Oh my goodness! I really need this video. I’ve been taking an ESL class online, but I don’t know how to express my issues. I will start using these phrases and vocabulary from tomorrow. Super helpful for me!!! Thank you so much👍
That's great! We realised that many of our students who use English at work are probably using English in tele-conferences or video calls, we're glad this is helpful!
Hello ...hello.. High Level Teachers, Hope you're doing well. I am really happy to let you know that I have been watching your video lessons and making notes and read it repeatedly for the last five months. I feel that I am getting a lot better. May God bless your efforts with a lot subscribers ❤❤. A subscriber from Kerala, India.
Good question! "News" is an uncountable noun. Therefore, "The good news [is] we found your passport." "Business news [is] important to follow." Hope that's clear!
Hi there! Great question, yes! “On my end” means on my side, maybe my internet, my webcam, my microphone, something that was my fault “On their/your end” would be their fault but saying it in a nice way 😄

Hi, great video guys 👋. I wonder if you please share some thoughts about how to acquire this vocabulary in an efficient way, naturally, how to absorb this input, is it repeating the videos, studying the phrase with space repetition, is it shadowing? What you recommend me :D
Great question! We believe that repetition is really key in helping you remember new words and phrases. We would definitely recommend watching episodes more than once, and trying to shadow by repeating the phrases out loud, too. You could also take our PDF transcripts and give them to ChatGPT and ask it to pick out some good vocabulary. Ultimately try to find something you can do repeatedly and hopefully enjoy at the same time!
