You have done 100% justice to this space but its so so so important to have a decent size kitchen as we literally spend a lot of time in there. Such small kitchens especially rectangular ones can be claustrophobic, mostly. We can compromise on the foyer, big living rooms over kitchen, anyday

Can you please explain in detail the hob underneath leakage prevention . If possible with a closer look or drawings. How can it be done with marble/ granite/ quartz framing?
Hi … very nicely explained👌🏻 Just a suggestion that ideally dustbin and water purifier should not be together. It is understood that you have given a glass partition but its very easy for germs to travel through air so better place it separately. Also i would like to know where did you give the place to park ladder. The point in raising hobb height was really good. 👍🏻

does this carpentry charges include ur fees for the kitchen or is it above and extra from this sheet? your transperancy in work builds trust, most of designers on social media specially, hesitate to share costing in such detail, they ask to message personally to know any thing about rates/charges

Why did u hung the pooja ghar, u could have made a vertical partition at the same place.. because back counter would still have enough functional lenght…

Sorry to say hob is fitted in a very wrong way. There should always be a distance between the background wall and hob. In the present form, burners of hob are practically not useful for Indian cooking, where we use bigger utensils. Burner adjacent to wall will go totally waste. Only the outer most burner can be used to cook food using wok.
@@interioriosisbynihara7525 that’s nice. We have been in that situation in the past. It was becoming difficult for us to manage bigger utensils….had to redo our kitchen after 10 months. Specially if guests are there and maid is preparing food in bigger utensils….then only one or two burners could be used at a time…due to space problem.
Yes it is an issue! 27" inch counter is the solution for this. But in this compact Kitchen, 27" was just not the option As the passage area would have been less than 30" This was discussed n as the family is Small, they are OK with this arrangement.

Hello ma'am big fan as always. This is one of the best kitchen planned so far keeping almost every appliance and other use in items. This 2-3 inch idhar se 2-3 inch is the ultimate pointers for us. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Good space optimisation, very nicely done. How easy is to clean white counter top ? For Indian cooking which uses lot of spices specially turmeric, is it really convenient ? What is the distance between counter top and cabinet above it ? I think one should always prefer profile handles for handleless kitchen as front surface gets masala, atta, hand dirt over time while opening. Aluminium profile handles can be cleaned without worrying about scratching the surface and even minor scratches are not visible as compared. Many people these days prefer under sink water purifier with tap on sink but this is not good as washing utensils splashes water over tap from which drinking water is filled and it needs to be cleaned/sanitized frequently to maintain hygiene.

( For cabinets ,which one colours would be best to select based on luxurious theme ) I'm sure you will reply Thnx in anticipation

Thanks 😊 Quartz needs maintenance! You have to clean it with a gentle cleaning agent like Ciff - it’s a cream cleanser. Good brands like CMC and Camarola or Hafele are good.

The space between partition wall and fridge .. is it sufficient to open the door completely outward and pull the fridge drawers out ? Bcoz I have faced this same problem in my kitchen (same layout ) , hence asking . Can u suggest brands of appliances installed ? Beautifully done really
