I found something major different if when creating the Cylinder primitive, you just float over the origin and use the TAB key to orient BEFORE clicking to actually drop it at the origin, it will always line a set of LOOPS/seams up with the Vertical plane no matter what you change the number of Minor Segments to. In other words after I am done inserting the primitive it needs to be rotated 18 degrees... BUT, if you use the method shown in the video and go ahead and click the origin with the cylinder at the wrong orientation and then use the CHANGE AXIS DIRECTION button in the dialog box it will align a LOOP/seam up with the Horizontal plane! Weird!!
