At 5:27 the two curves top and bottom are deleted separately, when I delete mind it deletes the top ones as well. Please advise.

Hello, on the step you are referring to, we are hiding the curves typing in the command line "gv hide"

@@metalhead0jtk I found that ungrouping the all the curves helps to delete the bottom two curves without the top curves disappearing.

At first you must ungroup them I had this problem too I ungrouped them so it worked

I am having trouble with this demo. I am unable to delete the bottom two curves, nor am I able to blend the new "curves in two views". I have followed the instructions but i ,ust being wrong somewhere. Please could you help. thank you.

The rendering of the samples, how was the large diamond rendered? I have not seen any good large diamond renderings in Matrixgold like you can get in Matrix 9 with Vray.

Hello Goerge, we used the Matrix Classic style to render this diamond and put it together with the ring with the alpha channels

I tried following this tutorial many times and at many different points in the process i ended up with a broken model and couldn't go further. On my 3rd or 4th attempt i finally managed to execute the sweep from the profile placer and then mirror it, but afterwards i can't do the Profile Sweep between the 2 top profiles to make the point of the ring and i also can't make the Sweep 1 at the bottom. Matrixgold won't let me select the profile from the mirrored sweep. Edit: i managed to complete the ring by making mirrors of the Profiles

@Oriol Collelldemont thanks for your reply! someone got back to me about that issue and showed me how resolve it. I sent another email 2 weeks ago about another issue with placing cutters on a V shaped ring and trying to change the angle of some of the cutters individually but i couldn't. I didn't gert any response about that.

Hola Eva, como ya sabes nuestra empresa se dedica a desarrollar software y intentamos no entrar en temas relacionados al arte de la joyería. Dicho esto, y por lo que podemos ver de nuestros clientes, para una piedra de 5 mm, el grosor puede estar entre 0.8 mm y 1.2 mm dependiendo de que "look" le quieras dar.
