I am making a cold process soap recipe this week. One thing I wanted to cover is how vanilla will discolor your cold process soaps and how you can work with the soap and design around the color discoloration. Vanilla will turn your cold process soaps tan or brown depending on how much vanilla is in the fragrance oil. I am using Maple Stout Fragrance oil form Whole sale Supplies plus or crafters choice. I also used my favorite mica again to top this soap gold dust from Nurtures soap. I also show you a little bit on how to make soap dough from melt and pour soaps, make sure you check out my other video. Leave a comment below and let me know what you do for your ugly brown soaps or what design idea you liked best.
