This build is crazy! Just made GR80 in 2:42... never ever done any GR under 3 minutes... :) And still set is not completed. still need to upgrade Gogok, find bracers, and upgrade essence of anguish! Thank you! I will just add: it was my first try in this build

So I just rolled 2 Inna's reaches in the cube and I decided to roll one of them hoping for an ancient. My first try and I get a primal with poison damage :D. I think that's my most useful reroll of all time :D

i was using water ally up to 100gr but then i hit a road block, i tried ef-ingeom with fire ally but it wasnt as fast at id like. then i tried this build with scuffed shards + some ancients but no augs(i found an ancient weapon w/o %dmg or as and also i had to roll the posion dmg so i wasnt able to apply r.gift)... oh yeah, its like now im doing 115s in 2 mins and if i want i can go for 120s in 3-5mins. ty for the good work man. also quick tip for the viewers; this dude has the calmest voice so if you are like me and play the game w/o sound but also want to have some white noice, hes the perfect guy, heck you can even use his voice as a substitute for whale sleep sonds.

Absolutely love the general conceit of build. Also really enjoy incorporating fragment and being able to move freely throughout pools. Do not love getting one shotted even on GR 100. Even without squirts I’m having a tough go. Will further evaluate/optimize tho

Thanks for this wudi! Without seeing this video I ended up playing the same CDR shards, but with shenlongs and aughilds instead of daibo, crimsons and lefevre. Ended up doing 2:30-3:00 120s at 1100-1200 paragon. I'm not a monk player normally so I'm sure I didn't play it well, but it was enough CDR to spam allies with in-geom up even without crimsons, and I think it has more damage. Squishier though and I died a fair bit to not paying attention to serenity running out, so probably not suitable for hardcore unless you have very good mechanics like you. But for softcore followers that don't have a good daibo: can recommend that shenlong/aughilds flavour of the build in this video!

How are you doing speed 120s at that low of Para? I'm just short of P1100, and I feel like 120 is definitely out of reach, and I have pretty decent gear. Mostly all ancient, and about 50% aug'd....What am I doing wrong?

Nice! I ran a fire ally build as my main paragon farmer last season (all solo). Sounds like this is easily as powerful. I think I was running 2-3 minute 120s by the time I hit para 2000. Never could quite get the same xp/hour with water ally.

You're right, this just feels better over the fire options. At least for going FAST. Downgraded my damage and toughness, and i'm clearing 5 rifts lower at half the time. The added cool down reduction makes the set in my opinion, it's so much more smooth just being able to cast your abilities. Sure, there are stints with fire where you can bounce from elite to elite with no issue whatsoever. But you miss so many trash mobs inbetween, that are just cleaned up by the water.

Thank you so much! Already enjoying this build but would you care to help me decide? What's better on a primal daibo: CDR or 10% DMG? It's 68.41% (w CDR on daibo) vs 64.89% (w/o CDR on daibo). I know 10% DMG should give more DPS but is it that much that I'd want to have lower CDR for that? :S

How much do you play per day? In hours I mean, how did you farm so many shards and upgrades for them in 3 days the season is up? Like I get youre the top 1% of players, super efficient n all but damn, are you on like 18hrs a day or something?

You can proc Anguish with follower poison dmg on his weapon working 100% tested! You can roll dmg on the big stick instead or CDR :)

Been rocking this, but Im wondering why does being more reckless with epiphany result in more speed/damage? I'm been as fast as I can in 120's @ 1200 paragon but I can't get past the 3 to 3,5 min mark.

He mentioned it in the video. It is to make sure that you are moving as quickly as possible, jumping between packs of monsters, to get you from one elite pack to the next - allowing you to keep your In Geom buff up at all times.

If you're low paragon like me, I was doing GR 120 in 3-5 mins with this build. Swap the In-geom for flying dragon for cube power and you'll do 2-3 mins runs instead.

@@Extavia_qt No...its trash, you have to fish for the flying dragon proc which is AWFUL thing to do in "SPEEDS" waste of time and pointless imo, all you need is INGEOM even with minimum 8 sec roll cause your Dashing Strike has 8 sec cd, so you can dash around after first elite pack and get to another, that's how u speed farm, please nobody use Flying Dragon in speeds if you want to be efficient...

@@doomzx8284 Also: Flying Dragon is procing nice with 1h weapons and their high base APS with all these IAS effects on top of that. ( _PLUS_ 15%IAS dual wield bonus, too) Many hits => many chances to proc => very high APS with Flying Dragon, thus high chance to re-proc in last seconds Daibo setup though is much slower hitting due to the lower base APS on the weapon type (and also lacking the further 15%IAS (additive)).

Anguished only gives 50% increased dmg from diabo though and not pets. The Lies shard gives the 25% added dmg from pets, which is your primary source of dmg.

Your companion can be the one with the poison damage weapon. You don't need to have one. Little tip don't know if anybody is mentioned it but there's a lot of comments here I'm not going to read through them all.

You can also either roll the poison damage on your follower and it works.

Not in this case it doesn't unfortunately. The follower poison only grants you the stacks needed to get the movement speed bonus, but does nothing to boost the main character damage, and, even in that case, if you dash around fast enough, you'll leave the follower behind and unable to maintain the stack constantly. Since the Shard variation of this build increases the damage from "poison sources" by 50%, its mandatory to have a poison damage roll on your main weapon, in this case the Daibo, if you dual wield, having just one weapon with poison will also suffice.

I'm a filthy casual in D3. But i'm playing off and on this season. When does the good gear start dropping? I'm doing T4 content bounties, nephalims, and up to Level 17 Grifts, 18 kind of smashed me, but i haven't gotten any of my gear, just legendaries and set gear i don't need. ~Inna Monk~ I think i got the bindings for the cube so far and that's it.

Use legacy of dream gem with a few decent multipliers will get you close to t16 where all the good loot is. Get a ring of royal grandeur as well, and the run whatever decent set you get first, or just run lod till you fully spec out innas

Cool build, I'm running echoing fury and in-geom and messerschmidt in cube and that is 1 minute faster than this build for me. I feel like this build lacks damage, its great that you can spam allies alot, but I would rather just 1 shot every pack instead and move on to the next.

important question about follower and poison: Yesterday i tried Enchantress with Thunder fury and poison on it. And she perfectly stacked and kept Essence of Anguish. I guess if give her attack speed gear- she would do it probably better What do u think about this? Or maybe do i misunderstood something? Cause i dont see anyone to do it Talk to me about it, plz (-: cause saving one roll on dibo- is huge! We can try to find ancient witt good stats without opportunity to roll poison on it

enchantress is fine for the CDR but the 50% dmg has to come from your own weapon

Hey I’m pretty new to this game and to get a lot of my items same as here are a lot of blood shards and it would take hundreds of hours to reach the average. What’s an efficient way of farming blood shards. Or is there another way to get this inna item set

Never use blood shards to buy weapons. The pool is too large. Craft yellow 70 Daibo's at the blacksmith. Then upgrade rares in the cube.

You get the most bloodshards by just completing greater rifts . You can complete the season journey to get sunwuko set and start farming with that one before getting to inna. Also you can use the cube to change set items from the same set to another piece so for example if you miss the weapon from inna you could just change another inna piece several times int he cube and will get it from that.

ingeom works with anything that packs enough punch to down elite packs quickly, once you get high enough that water allies start to struggle its time to go fire.

Did I hear you say I need poison damage on the anguish too? Or that not essential. Cause I keep getting cold or fire =_= Edit: I just realized I don't actually need poison % damage on anguish, I need that when you deal poison damage get 50% more damage from all sources. 🙈🤦🏻‍♂️ Back to making more rank 3 anguishes. 🙄

the tooltip is simply wrong, it applies to all damage but it only triggered with poison weapon/ability

I'm playing similar right now. Whenever I kill an elite, mystic ally cooldown is instantly reset. But when I kill a regular pack (even with in-geom buff up) the cooldown is still like 10-15 seconds. (I don't have the fragment of destruction yet, so that would help with regular packs). But why is the cooldown reset on elite packs? i don't get it..

The cooldown for killing packs from in geom is applied on kill as well.

@@GettoGero It's a 30 second cooldown normally. So the kill should knock it down to 20s (minus any other CDR). But it's is generally instant.. Unless each of the smaller minions in an elite pack knocks 10 seconds off?

@@Bizzlington154 No, the smaller minions do not individually apply it, but you have to kill all of them for in geom to proc. Most people will be using messerschmidts, obsidian ring, crimsons, beacon of ytar, or some combination of them giving very high cdr making it an instant or near instant reset. Crimson and ytar combo alone would give you 40% cdr with 0% on your gear, which is why its used on the daibo speed farm build.

I don´t know how you do it. I think I have the build completed right, but I´m not able to go under 3,5 minutes. Augmented almost all items, 3,6m damage. Maybe I need new hands, I´m old.

it comes down to the right timing and prioritizing the right monster packs to finish/skip but that's difficult to explain

Does anyone else have a problem trying to get Captain Crimsons belt? For some reason, regardless of how many times I've been running bounties, I can never seem to get the plans for that belt. Please help.
