I figured mine out by my ribs. they are unequal. the left rib is higher than the right. and my shoulders are also tilted

Is there a way to fix this because I’m not getting surgery. Is there a way I can reverse it since my scoliosis isn’t even that bad but I need to prevent or cure it without surgery

There are different types of scoliosis though. Mine is an “s” shape but it doesn’t curve to the side it curves in

I thought for a long time(whole childhood) that only my right shoulder was deformed and only a few years ago I saw a video about scoliosis that gave me an understanding what I have. Never understood why nobody else got tired from standing at assembly but thinking back I wanted to ignore it bc I didn't want to add to the "deformities" already weighing my mind. Imagine being ugly and always leaning to the left💀kinda accepted my fate in primary school, some are loved by God others not or I used to think I was a bad person in a previous life and this now is my punishment.

I have a severe curve on the left side, bottom of my spine. Right leg is longer. The pain is excruciating. I was diagnosed years ago, but the curve is only 6 inches long, shaped like a backward "C". It's swollen, or something. Anyone else have this? I can't find any images of mis-shapen lower back bones anywhere..They're all in the center of the spine. Just wondering. Sleeping is agony; it's just small, but really curved.

my right shoulder appears to be bigger than the other(in terms of horizontal length).and my left chest appears to be bigger than the other.and my neck is also shifted to left side .but my shoulders are even in terms of height and also i dont have a ribcage problem as shown in video.do i have scoliosis????.if not what is my problem called

Im 14 and i kinda have uneven shoulders but when i make them even i feel kinda uncomfortable ... My sis has scoliosis im concerned please tell do i have it or not Also my hips are normal but my left arm is fatter than the right one my sis told me that it's because your right arm is dominant so you use it more thats way it has lest fat ( also im bit chubby ) anyway please reply
