Hi Dr Kim! Just discovered you today! OMG - hi! I love you already, thank you for your service to the world. I am an RN x14 years (fulltime staff nurse in a hospital until last year, now work as a fulltime advice nurse from home - better for stress, but definitely a sedentary lifestyle), became an NC-BC recently and toying with the idea of doing what you do! Thanks for the inspiration. I just started a Celery Juice detox 4.5 weeks ago (16oz first every morning and then no food or other liquids for 1 hour) and ohhhhhh my, what a difference! Also making a big point to drink lots of lemon water all day (already been drinking alkaline water for 2 years), and of course, limiting processed foods and sugars. My skin GLOWS now. My BMs are normal (first thing every morning), and while I don't see weight loss on the scale (I haven't changed caloric intake or increased exercise this past month), I FEEL lighter and just so much better. Vibrating high! I drink and crave soooo much less coffee now (still have 2 cups throughout the morning), and I have stopped waking up at night! Chronic joint pain here for years from osteoarthritis, and living in constant fight or flight (recently separated as well - which is a positive thing, very dysfunctional relationship), but my joint pain is SO much better now. Anyway, looking forward to more amazing videos from you and will go back and watch some of your older ones for sure. THANK YOU!
